New Clothes and Shoes
The clothing and shoes seen in these\ pictures were donated by students and staff at William Fremd High School in Palatine. The shoe/clothing drive originated with the Service Over Self Club at Fremd.
Individual Gifts
Service Over Self Club also decorated individual bags for children ages 1-12, and pencil cases for teens ages 13-17. Members then donated money and supplies to fill each of the bags with toys and/or supplies as well as provided an additional gift for each of the kids. When each child's name was called and he or she also received an official Race for Sincere Hearts T-Shirt. These T-Shirts were donated to the kids by participants, volunteers, and donors to the Race for Sincere Hearts 2009.
